From apprentice to key account manager

Many former apprentices have taken the opportunity to develop at Hügli. Maximilian Merkt is one of them.

Start as an industrial clerk

Maximilian Merkt, now Key Account Manager in the B2C department, started his training as an industrial clerk with an additional qualification in international business management at Hügli in 2010. The highlight of the training was the internship abroad and the Brand Solutions department. This is how the desire to work in the Brand Solutions department arose after the apprenticeship.

"From 2015-2019 I did a part-time distance learning course. I can advise everyone to continue their education after the training, because you never stop learning."

Today working as a Key Account Manager

After successfully completing his training and showing commitment, he was taken on as a clerk in the internal sales department in the department of his choice. Maximilian took the opportunity for further development, completed a part-time course of study and has risen to the position of Key Account Manager by 2020. We are excited to see where his journey at Hügli will take him!
